Shoulder Balls/Chest Armor

 

The Third Part of the suit,The shoulder balls and chest armor, are now complete.


The chest plate and backpack are vacu-formed styrene plastic, painted and decaled. The shoulder balls master mold was made from a styrofoam ball and foam core, which was then covered in thixotropic silicone, and set to harden after a fiber-glass shell was added, the skin was then pulled off and filled with a two part urethane solution and painted (LEDs were added afterwards).
