The chest pieces under the backpack and chest plate were made from EVA foam, as were the calves, inner legs, upper arm pieces, and glove. These were covered in mod podge and painted. The lower arm piece, and upper-outer leg pieces were created with EPS (Extruded Poly Styrene a.k.a. pink foam) and vacuformed, the lights in the legs were made with a sheet of green acrylic with LEDs under it. The shoes were an old pair of boots with added EVA and paint.
